  The further development of our Agenda-cafe
| Our Agenda-Cafe
is meant to incorporate also the ideas of Agenda 21. It shoud
be a place of meeting. That's why so far we had of hopefully far more visits which gave impulses from outside.
First we got a visit from the Agenda - representative of the town of Alsdorf at one of our training units.
Second we got information from a representative of the 'Worldhouse' of Aachen. Finally we had a guest from Southafrica, who talked with us about a possible
cooperation and a school partnership. Later these contacts could be used in the sense of opening a school. |
One class visited the department of the Environment of our town and got information about Agenda 21, the rights and possibilities of children's participation in parliament during sociallessons. Another class visited an experience show which showed the 'Worldhouse'
within the theme of the 'World market in the rainforrest'. We made first contacts with a school in Capetown to build up a school partnership.
